These terms govern your use of AI Wedding Tools. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to review generated content before relying on or publishing it.

Generated content is a draft

Hashtags, vows, and other generated material are suggestions, not professional, legal, ceremonial, relationship, or etiquette advice. Outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for checking facts, permissions, tone, originality, and appropriateness.

Your content

You retain responsibility for information and material you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have the right to submit the content and must not use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in accounts secure. Do not abuse rate limits, probe other users’ data, automate excessive requests, interfere with infrastructure, submit unlawful material, or use generated content for fraud, harassment, impersonation, or deception. We may restrict access to protect users and the service.

Credits, payments, and refunds

Credits are a limited license to use eligible product features. They are not currency, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except where required by law. Prices, included credits, test-mode status, and refund terms are displayed during checkout. Payment and refund processing is provided by Creem. Closing an account forfeits unused credits unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, providers, prices, and credit costs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search ranking, social-platform hashtag availability, or a particular AI output.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be made for generated content or third-party services. Any limitation of liability is subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
